1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
- Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges
- You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or product of equal value (subject to stock availability).
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- In such cases, Carry Flex will cover the return shipping cost.
